Distant Reiki Energy Healing

Experience a sense of deep relaxation and inner-peace as Reiki encourages you to let go of anxiety and tension.
The word Reiki means ‘Universal Life Force Energy’ and is made up of two syllables, ‘Rei’ which describes the ‘Universal’ aspect and ‘Ki’ which refers to the ‘Life Force Energy’ that flows through all living things.
All Reiki sessions are done remotely via video call. I will guide you through the process during our scheduled time together. All you need to do is have a warm comfy space to lie down throughout the duration of your treatment.
(N.B. You should not walk around during your session as you will sense energy flowing through and around you. It is best to lay down or to remain seated in an upright position).
During a remote Reiki session, you may experience feelings of relaxation and calm. Some clients say they they feel a warm energy flow through their meridians, others experience a deep mediative state and at times have mystical experiences.
Reiki addresses the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual imbalances of our self. The Life Force Energy cleanses, re-energises and balances the chakras, which helps your body and energy system to return to its natural state of balance.
Reiki Practitioners use sacred symbols when conducting REMOTE or DISTANT sessions. These symbols connect the practitioner to the clients energy by going beyond space and time where a connection can be made and healing can be felt.
At the end of your session, I will share with you what has come through intuitively and will also share tools that you can use as you continue on with your healing journey.

Soul Guidance

Enjoy a Soul Guidance session in the comfort of your own home. Grab a cup of tea or coffee and relax as you receive guidance, inspiration and tools to provide the clarity that you seek.
We delve into the practical aspects of life by exploring the seven main chakras and the four counterparts of the soul. The soul comprises the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of oneself. Using intuition and angel cards, I guide you through these sessions.
My aim is to help you surrender deeper and liberate yourself from outdated negative beliefs systems. These old patterns may have hindered you from uncovering your genuine happiness, finding direction, and fulfilling your soul purpose.
Please note: These sessions are not designed to be predictive, fortune telling or proof of survival readings. Soul Guidance sessions are purely focused on guiding you to heal on a soul level.
Soul Alignment Therapy

Explore your soul purpose and align with your 'I AM' presence to find inner peace, pure joy and fulfilment in all areas of your life.
These sessions use a therapeutic healing approach to understanding the human experience by embracing the wholeness within our being - mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Reconnecting to your 'I AM' presence will guide you to experience a deeper understanding and heightened awareness.
In this combination session, you will first receive Soul Guidance which I will use a combination of intuition and Angel cards to look into your energy and bring through guidance from your higher self. We will also delve into areas in your life that need deeper awareness for the purpose of healing especially on a Soul level.
Then you will experience a DISTANT Reiki Energy Healing where you will need to have a comfortable space to lie down and relax. During the healing, I will use sacred Reiki symbols to connect in with your energy remotely and then use advanced Reiki techniques which will assist in anchoring your energy into the Earth and energetically align you to your higher self.
Most clients feel energy moving throughout their body during a distant Reiki session. You will need to remain lying down and will not be able to walk around. Clients often reach a mediative state of being, experience feelings of relaxation and have mystical visualisations during a remote Reiki session. At the completion of your healing, I will share any insights that I received during the session.
