Heaven on Gaia materials, including pages and online images, are protected by the copyright laws of Australia. All rights are reserved.
When you access Heaven on Gaia you agree that:
• You may retrieve Heaven on Gaia materials for information only.
• You may save a local copy or send it to your printer for your own personal use or in order to inform authorised and potential users about the Heaven on Gaia materials. However, you may not make any charge for such use and any commercial exploitation is expressly prohibited.
• You must include the copyright notice in any copy that you make.
• You may not modify the information found in Heaven on Gaia materials without the express permission of Heaven on Gaia.
Heaven on Gaia currently retains and will from time to time collect information from its customers and other organisations and individuals with whom it does business and from members of the general public who have requested information from Heaven on Gaia. This information is collected and used primarily to promote the aims of Heaven on Gaia.
Information that is retained by Heaven on Gaia is updated upon receipt of notification of changes and is protected from distribution outside of Heaven on Gaia except with the permission of each of the relevant companies, organisations or individuals.
Organisations and individuals with whom Heaven on Gaia does business and the members of the general public can, at any time, request from Heaven on Gaia the type of information that is retained about them. Heaven on Gaia will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information it does retain is accurate, complete and up to date. Access to information about any individual or company can be given to them, except to the extent that such information might impact on the National Privacy Principles.
Information will not be provided to other states or to foreign countries unless an express authority is received from the relevant company or organisation or member of the public subject to the National Privacy Principles.
Sensitive information will not be collected about members, organisations or companies with whom Heaven on Gaia does business or members of the general public. The all-inclusive paragraphs of Principle Ten of the National Privacy Principles apply.
